This video has been highly requested on Instagram, so here it is! Follow me on my one week how to lose weight fast diet journey! I lost around 10-15Lbs without any exercise. To give you a back story, I work best in stressful, timely environments so; a crazy one week crash diet just works best for me. Afterwards I’m able to start and actual normal diet with ease.
I’ve been tweaking and perfecting this diet over many years now as a model that eats like a pig and then has an unexpected photo shoot in a week. Yes, there are many risks with crash diets which is why I’ve spent time making adjustments to mine.

How did she get interested in Face Yoga?
At the age of 27, I was advised to add implant by a doctor, so did it, because the doctor told her that it can be easily removed if she doesn’t like it. Unfortunately, the chin got distorted and I didn’t like it, so obviously had it removed, but the chin has never been the same as before. It is distorted to a side (asymmetrical chin), which made me realize that I should have pursued more natural alternative such as Face Yoga!

Lets eat healthy all day long…..
Break up the meals in 5 portions..
7-8am – Water+Bcaa+Half Lemon
Or Water+ 1 spoon honey+ Half lemon
Or warm water+ Half lemon

9:00am – fruit nd nuts muesli with milk or 2-3 brown breads with some good quality peanut butter..

12pm – Grilled Paneer sandwich with some Boiled vegetables + Whey protein

3pm- 2 bowl daal nd 1 bowl brown rice with some green salad nd a cup of Curd(Dahi)
OR
2 chapti of Multi grain atta with salad,Dal,Curd(Dahi)

5Pm- Whey protein in water

6pm- Some Grilled paneer with Boiled Veggies( Broccoli,Corns,Tomato,Mushroom,Capsicum, etc)

9Pm- Oats Or Sprouts

11pm- whey protein
