9:00am – fruit nd nuts muesli with milk or 2-3 brown breads with some good quality peanut butter..
12pm – Grilled Paneer sandwich with some Boiled vegetables + Whey protein
3pm- 2 bowl daal nd 1 bowl brown rice with some green salad nd a cup of Curd(Dahi)
2 chapti of Multi grain atta with salad,Dal,Curd(Dahi)
5Pm- Whey protein in water
6pm- Some Grilled paneer with Boiled Veggies( Broccoli,Corns,Tomato,Mushroom,Capsicum, etc)
9Pm- Oats Or Sprouts
11pm- whey protein
