OMG THE SALTED CARAMEL ONE.. I CAN'T

OPEN FOR IMPORTANT INFO:
This is an experiment day, as I said twice in the video but maybe not clearly enough!. I am not saying anyone should copy the way I ate in this day! The meals are abundant and full of healthy nourishing foods but the total amount of saturated fat is not something I promote that people do on a regular basis, Not at all! We will be sharing the results of this experiment very soon! I see nothing wrong with a higher fat vegan diet like I eat, higher in “whole fats” if that's what works for you, but I do not promote this much saturated fat in one day & never have! love you all
